My license key doesn't work, the register button won't light up.
Make sure your information is exactly the same as how it appears in your order. Did you use the same first and last name? Is the e-mail address the same? This topic has been discussed in the BeerTools.com Hopvine Forum
I need a new license key. My computer crashed or I have a new computer.
The license keys expire after a period of time. To get a new one simply login to "My BeerTools" go to the downloads tab and select the red text that reads "Request New License Key". A new key will be e-mailed to the e-mail address attached to your account.
NOTE: License keys are platform specific. If you move from a PC to Linux or a Mac your key will not work. You will need to apply for a key transfer by contacting us.
I accidentally purchased BTP for the WRONG platform (PC, Mac or Linux)!
