My license key doesn't work, the register button won't light up

Make sure your information is exactly the same as how it appears in your order. Did you use the same first and last name? Is the e-mail address the same?

I need a new license key. My computer crashed or I have a new computer.

The license keys expires after a period of time. To get a new one simply log into to "My BeerTools" go to the downloads tab and select the red text that reads "Request New License Key". A new key will be e-mailed to the e-mail address attached to your account.

NOTE: License keys are platform specific. If you move from a PC to Linux or a Mac your key will not work. You will need to apply for a key transfer by contacting us.

I accidentally purchased BTP for the WRONG platform (PC, Mac or Linux)!

You have two choices. 1. contact us and wait for us to transfer the key, this may take a several days. 2. Buy the correct version for your platform (PC, Mac or Linux) and notify us you need a refund for the incorrect order, please include the order number if you have it. The last option will keep you happiest because you can start using BTP right away. No worries, we promise will we refund your other order.
